The master plan is poised to be a world-class education hub with quality residential offerings, vibrant retail options and progressive business environment. Universiti Tun Hussein Onn (UTHM) Pagoh sits on a 186 acre site with the first phase occupying 93.90 acres. The university has a gross floor area of 100,000 sqm, consisting of 165 labs/workshops with student capacity of 2,500.
