About The Project
A former rubber estate transformed into a well-established neighbourhood.
A new satellite township covering 1,400 acres of greenfields land in the heart of the Klang Valley, one of the most urbanised area in Malaysia and near the Subang Airport. Designed to cater for a population of approximately 100,000, this township consists of over 11,000 housing units, major commercial/entertainment centers, sizeable light industrial estates, low cost housing, airport, hotel/motel and tourist complex.
