This study has been initiated by MBI (Menteri Besar Incorporated) to revitalize and rehabilitate Sungai Klang and surrounding areas under the Smart Selangor initiatives to serve as a blue-print for conducive environment that will catalyze commercial activities and smart lifestyle which would spur the economic growth and market value of the area.
