A golden area within the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur.
A prime area that lies in an important strategic location right in the central area of Kuala Lumpur. Its large size consisting of an area of 307 acres makes it the largest piece of real estate in the heart of the national capital. A proposed main central spine becomes the guiding principle for the whole development. With reintroduction and rejuvenation of the Sg Klang, a striking frontage for the development will be created.
