About The Project
Elmina East Township is part of the 5,000 acres City of Elmina located along Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE). The township is part of the Selangor Vision City, where the entire corridor is set to be the growth centre and catalyst within Greater Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley.
Selangor Vision City consist of four major planned township by Sime Darby Property namely Bukit Jelutong, Denai Alam – Bukit Subang, Kota Elmina and Bukit Lagong with four proposed interlocking clusters to complement one another where Elmina East focusing on wellness as the main catalyst.
Elmina East vision is to represents an opportunity to demonstrate the future of sustainable living in Malaysia by integrating active, healthy communities in a vibrant, safe and attractive environment that respects and responds to nature and the rigours of modern life.
City of Elmina will feature an array of beautifully-designed spaces to live, work, play and rest while taking into account the health and well-being of both people and ecosystems. These spaces will range from natural green-lungs and lakes to areas where people can feel safe and are encouraged to congregate and interact with each other.
